Alejandro Jaramillo, President & FounderAlejandro manages the business operations of Data Means globally. His primary interest is in the process improvement, program evaluation and project design. He likes to take a systematic quantitative approach to projects. He has special interest in the area of of analytical/statistical methods test and control matching methodologies to build impact response models. He is a frequent presenter at SAS* and industry conferences. In addition to his technical skills in SAS* and VBA*, he brings a continuous performance improvement approach to his work. He has worked with Schering Plough, Sanofi-Aventis, Pfizer, J&J Consumer Products, BMS, Merck Medco and other small pharma companies. He holds a BA in physics from Rutgers University and a Master in Applied Math Statistics from NJIT. He also is in charged of Data Means projects, services and partnerships for the US and Europe. Ney Zamudio, Senior Project Manager/Strategic PlanningNey is an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst with over 20 years of hands-on management experience with business analysis and technical skills acquired within tight regulated environment such as SOX and GMP. In addition to his project management role, Ney is in charged of projects, services and partnerships for Australia and Latin America projects and services. His responsibilities may encompass any project phase from pre-project sales, strategic planning, planning and control as well as post- project evaluation with the sponsor. For the last ten years he has been responsible for the end-to-end project management of key business projects across corporate customers in the Pharmaceutical industry with a great emphasis on financial and quality processes. As hands-on business analyst he assisted corporate financial and quality areas to ensure that internal controls and policies and procedures are in place and working as management intended and in compliance with all required internal controls and policies. He has led large teams across different regions delivering strategic solutions which comprise Business re-organization, Process Improvement, ERP transactional systems, front end applications, IT supportive infrastructure, facilities management, staff training, personnel development, and financial administration. Ney has worked in Australia for Pfizer, Epson, and Andersen Consulting, Continental Bank of Peru and Peru National Telecommunication. He holds a Master of Business Administration – MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Advance Certificate in Accounting from Hornsby College of TAFE, Master in Administration ESAN, Post Graduate School of Business Administration, Diploma Computer Science from University of Lima - Peru and a BS in Electrical Engineering National University of Engineering -Peru. Consulting TeamMadhuri Varidhireddy, Senior Consultant/SAS* VBA* ApplicationsMadhuri develops custom applications in VBA*. She also supports ad hoc data analysis. She has worked in the areas of call planning, international analytics, and marketing sciences. Madhuri's work involves integrating data processes in SAS* with MS office products. She is an expert SAS* and VBA* programmer. She has been engaged with ADIT Inc., Schering plough, Heptronik Corp., and Merrill Lynch. Madhuri holds a MS in Computer Science – Monmouth University, NJ and bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering, India. Radhika Kulkarni, Senior Consultant/SAS, Data Automation & Data Marts CreationRadhika has worked in numerous projects with Pharmaceutical
companies in the areas of drug discovery, sales and marketing.
Also she has extensive experience working in the managed health
care care industry. She has supported projects with Schering-Plough,
Eli Lilly, CIGNA and Blue Cross and Blue Shields. She holds a
Masters in Computer Application from Osmania University, INDIA
and Certification from SAS Institute. Sudharsan Ravi, Analyst/SAS & Call Plan/Managed Health Care SupportSudharsan specializes in the area of Pharmaceutical sales call plan and managed health care analysis. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio and Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. He has worked in major projects for Schering-Plough and Market Rx. Siddhart Jayakumar, Analyst/SAS, Call Plan Support & OptimizationSiddhart specializes in Pharmaceutical call plan optimization and sales alignment projects. He holds several degrees which include a Master of Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Minors in Operations Research &Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Also he holds a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India. He has worked in major projects for Schering-Plough and Market Rx.
